NAVIGATING LIFE'S MIDDLE PASSAGE THROUGH MINDFULNESS, WRITING, AND DEEP LISTENING

Stepping Stones

Mapping Your Midlife Journey

Are you a woman in your 40s and 50s, feeling the weight of this transitional phase of life?

The river of midlife includes transitions like:

  • redefining one's identity, and purpose,
  • peri-menopause or menopause,
  • redefining parenting roles, and/or empty nesting,
  • career shifts, and
  • caring for aging parents

These middle life transitions may prompt deep introspection and soul-searching.

Along this journey, you may find yourself achieving outward success but experiencing discontentment and longing. There are moments of wondering, "Is this all there is?"

Even with accomplishments, a sense of emptiness lingers, leading to a questioning of expectations and societal norms.

At times, you might feel guilty for not being happier, grappling with the complexities of finding joy in the life you've built.

These challenges test your resilience and courage as you navigate the currents of midlife, seeking meaning and authenticity amidst the complexities of reflection, anticipation, and the pursuit of a more profound sense of self.

If this resonates with you, you're invited to a two part workshop designed specifically for women in midlife transition.

Limited to 15 attendees
